Psikawka - Psia Kawiarnia
About This Spot
Stepping into Psikawka - Psia Kawiarnia feels a bit like entering a warm, inviting living room where both two-legged and four-legged friends are truly at home. Tucked away on Mazowiecka Street, this café hums with the gentle energy of people sharing quiet mornings and lively afternoons, accompanied by the soft rustle of wagging tails and the happy panting of curious pups. It’s a place where the pace slows just enough for meaningful moments to form—a rare find in the heart of Kraków.
The atmosphere strikes a delicate balance between cozy comfort and communal joy. The natural light spills softly across sunlit tables, many of which are thoughtfully arranged to welcome dogs alongside their owners. Amidst the casual clinks of coffee cups and the murmur of friendly conversations, the mood is unhurried but never dull. Children find their own corners to play, adding an extra layer of warmth to the space without overwhelming the quiet intimacy the café encourages.
Food and drink here are part of the shared experience rather than mere sustenance. Morning and midday meals emerge from the kitchen with the kind of care that invites lingering: the subtle aromas hinting at carefully layered flavors and familiar comforts with unexpected twists. Whether it’s the richness of a breakfast dish served with local flair or the satisfying notes of a well-pulled espresso, the offerings feel thoughtfully prepared to nourish both body and spirit. Among the menus—designed with four-legged guests in mind as well—you’ll find dishes that comfort and delight, each plate carrying the quiet joy of a well-loved recipe.
Psikawka stands out not only for the delicious meals but for the gentle sense of belonging it fosters. There’s an unspoken understanding here that every visitor—human or canine—matters. The team moves with attentive ease, welcoming a diversity of guests and languages, making each visit feel personal and genuine. This is a spot where breakfast becomes an occasion, and a simple afternoon coffee turns into a shared pause, rich with connection and kindness.

An awesome place with dooooogs. Breakfast burger was amazing, so was the service. They speak English, so you can order in it as well. There's a separate menu for dogs. The only downside is the 2 typos on the menu

If you want to give yourself and your dog a great breakfast or lunch experience, this is the place to go. I had the American pancakes for breakfast, and they were delicious. My furry bestie had a beef meal, and she loved it. There is a lot of seating places to accommodate many dogs and people, and a designated area for kids to play. Their menu offers a wide variety of breakfasts, coffees and some pastries as well as smoothies. Their dog menu has various options for meals as well as pupcup/ ice cream. The cafe is spacious enough for your dog to socialise with both people and other dogs, and there is a selection of toys to have fun with. I highly recommend this place!

We had an exceptional breakfast at Psikawka Cafe! The shakshuka with feta, English breakfast, and American pancakes were all absolutely perfect – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was charming, and our kids were delighted by the fun Halloween decorations, which made the experience even more special. Friendly staff and cozy vibes made us feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable breakfast spot. We’ll definitely be back!

Exceptional breakfast variety at unbeatable prices! I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Not only are pets warmly welcomed, but they also have a dedicated menu, complete with toys and beds. Plenty of options for deserts too

I ordered the pancakes. Holy mother of God, when it arrived... I was amazed. On the meny it didn't look like that. A very welcome and pleasant surprise. It's the best breakfast I've had in my 35 years on Earth. Large portion and perfect taste.

Really great breakfast and nice coffee! Friendly kitchen staff as which makes the food another level of delicious because you see them enjoying what they are doing. You dont need to have a dog to come here, finding a table was easy and service was quick too.
